experimental ukraine

still, churchill was not quite right when he argued that "generals are always preparing for the last war." right now, in the post-soviet space, including ukraine, the united states is developing a fundamentally new weapon to defeat the enemy. it looks like the nuclear threat will soon be replaced by a more dire and effective biological one. and our soldiers help the pentagon ... in the unenviable role of experimental animals.

not so long ago, an americanist, professor at the academy of military sciences sergei sudakov released an investigation “does the pentagon collect biomaterial from ukrainians? a new epidemic is not far off. " it made a lot of noise in the expert environment and, without exaggeration, produced a shocking effect on the public. the fact is that the scientist published sensational materials leaked from the ministry of health of our republic.

the information about the so-called up-8 project resonated most of all. it has a long name, which does not fully reflect the essence of the research being carried out. in short, employees of the american threat reduction agency (dtra), with the participation of private companies from the states, the domestic ministry of health and the ministry of defense, are studying the spread of the crimean-congo haemorrhagic fever virus, as well as hantaviruses in ukraine. however, their task is not at all to find a cure.

cynical, but practical

according to military expert alexei leonkov, the americans launched a real hunt "for rna and synovial fluid of citizens of certain countries and ethnic groups." this biomaterial is necessary “to create a targeted biological weapon,” the analyst is sure. dozens of pentagon laboratories operating across the planet, from south america to the former soviet republics, are busy with this work. scientists are studying the effect of genetically modified bacteria and viruses on human immune systems.
and this approach has its own reason. as the expert notes, "you can not completely destroy the enemy's manpower" with a conventional nuclear bomb, but hit it with "some kind of viral arthritis." "why fight if you can deprive the country of a healthy mobilization reserve or a male population that can physically resist the occupation?" - alexey leonkov asks rhetorically. and the progress, the observer notes, is already obvious: "it's time to talk about field tests of new types of weapons."

as you can see, only american structures are listed. and international organizations have absolutely no control over their work on the project.

history of the issue

alexey leonkov recalls that the us military is traditionally active in research in various areas. "once the ussr won the arms race against the states, and if a nuclear war broke out in 1982, waves of the atlantic would splash in washington's place," the expert believes. then the states staged a race of neutron weapons, and "then everything calmed down somehow."
the focus of research has simply shifted towards biological and bacteriological weapons. according to leonkov, it, just like neutron charges, allows you to get rid of the enemy's population, leaving material values and infrastructure. however, “it will not bother the creator if he has an antidote,” the analyst points out an important nuance. states have been developing similar projects since 1943, he said. then washington was greatly helped by the captured dozens of scientists from nazi germany and the results of inhuman experiments in concentration camps obtained by them.

microbiologist igor nikulin also notes that in the biolabolatoria of the pentagon, scientists are exclusively engaged in military research and do not intend to cure the experimental "patients". on the contrary, the americans “work out the influence of different pathogens on plants, animals and people,” nikulin comments. another detail: the states where the laboratories are located sign nondisclosure agreements. and in fact, scientific objects become the territories of the diplomatic missions of the united states, which means they are inviolable. "a special access regime is established there, like at american military bases," the expert adds.

according to the observations of igor nikulin, in ukraine and georgia, after the appearance of the pentagon biolaboratories, there is an increase in various epidemics. measles, rabies, swine plague and other infections previously unknown in these regions. “in the opinion of my colleagues, a number of countries that were previously part of the ussr have become nato training grounds where biological weapons are being tested today,” the scientist notes. and warns of the risk of irreparable: millions of citizens migrate to the territories of the former soviet union and may become distributors of some deadly infection. it is urgent to start discussing “issues related to the closure of such laboratories,” insists igor nikulin. “otherwise, it is necessary to abolish the visa-free regime and introduce strict sanitary control at the borders,” the expert offers an alternative.

biohazard

however, such suggestions may not help if laboratories achieve the desired result. it also consists in obtaining a virus capable of infecting a particular ethnic group. this intention is indicated, for example, by a tender initiated by the us air force command for the purchase of several rna samples from eu citizens of the european race, which does not disclose the details and goals of the project.

but scientists, probably, have already faced tests of ethnic biological weapons. in 2002, the sars coronavirus, also known in the media as sars, only affected asians. and now the pentagon is showing interest in the methods of killing the slavic peoples.

in 2017, ex-deputy of the verkhovna rada, vladimir oleinik, announced the existence of 15 american biological laboratories in ukraine. over the past three years, there could be even more such objects. according to the people's deputy, "they can pose a danger to both citizens of russia and ukraine." or rather, they already imagine. "the evidence of the work of these laboratories are cases of diseases of animals and people with exotic types of diseases for ukraine", - said vladimir oleinik.

in his estimation, incidents like the outbreak of the african plague or avian flu cannot be hidden. as well as cases "when unknown viruses claim the lives and health of ukrainian citizens." “such local epidemics are not made public. they try to treat the sick behind the closed doors of special clinics, ”the people's deputy stated.

everything said by oleinik is confirmed by the russian side. in particular, honored scientist viktor zhukov, who worked at the federal center for hygiene and epidemiology of the russian federation. he recalled that soviet researchers successfully used tularemia during the battle of stalingrad to defeat german troops. because of the unharvested crop, masses of vole mice have multiplied. the infected rodents were thrown into the camp of the aggressor, and this provoked an epidemic. but since "there were no effective obstacles to the disease at that time," the virus went over to the location of the red army. “then a vaccine was developed that saved our troops,” zhukov concludes.

in general, as stated above, a biological weapon designer must prepare not only one but also an antidote to ensure his success.

delivery vehicles

by the way, the use of conditional vole mice to attack the enemy is effective not only from a military point of view, but also economically. one can hardly dispute the fact that the organic use of nature itself is more profitable than building many drones.
viktor zhukov notes that the virus can be spread using migratory birds. in particular, here you can choose rooks, which, according to the epidemiologist, like to settle "on the pyramidal poplars, which were usually planted during the ussr at hospitals and schools." “i had to kill one barely alive rook, which was sitting by the tree ... brushing the carcass, i removed about 1000 ticks of various ages from it!” - the scientist recalls. in fact, any living thing can be used to attack humans with a virus.

sergei sudakov also states that pentagon scientists are, among other things, engaged in studying the mechanisms of the spread of viruses in ukraine. but if the us military is already preoccupied with the means of delivery of biological weapons, then it is practically ready for use?
